Growing up I always wanted to be a nurse, but in high school I had ankle reconstruction surgery and was in physical therapy for several months. While I was in PT I fell in love with it and knew I wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy so I could help people get back to being as independent as possible.

I am from Corsicana, TX and went to Mildred High School and graduated from UT Tyler with my Bachelors in Kinesiology. I started at Lott as the PT Aide for a year, while I was applying to PTA school. During this time I got accepted into the Navarro College PTA program.
