Our Story: A Family Business Built on Care
When Lisa (a Nurse Practitioner) and I started Lott Physical Therapy in 2001, we didn’t have business backgrounds—just a shared passion for helping people. Over the years, that passion has grown into something truly special.
We opened our first location in Fairfield just six weeks before our wedding—talk about a whirlwind! A few years later, we expanded to a larger space in Fairfield to better serve the community. Then, in 2012, we opened a stunning 8,000 sq. ft. location in Corsicana, built by our son Brian. It wasn’t easy—stress, sweat, and budget-friendly hacks (like Lisa’s legendary shampoo-pouring days!) are now cherished memories.
Fast forward to 2021, when COVID-19 challenged us like never before. Just as we were navigating those turbulent times, we learned our Fairfield location was being sold to Tractor Supply. But we didn’t panic; we problem-solved. Together, we built a beautiful new 6,000 sq. ft. space to call home.
By 2024, we reached another milestone: renovating our Corsicana facility and opening our brand-new Ennis location. All this, while continuing to care for our amazing patients.

From 80- and 90-year-old fitness members who inspire us with their strength to patients overcoming chronic pain, every story fuels our passion.
