Area of physical therapy or work with a particular type of patient: My skills are extremely diverse, specializing in throwing and running sports, athletic injuries, manual therapy and spine care, as well as the gentlest treatment needed for some of our patients.
Why I became a PTA? I experienced multiple torn tissues and broken bone injuries in my youth from participation in sports and recreational activities. I sustained a shoulder injury while in college that resulted in a different career path. My experiences with numerous athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, and medical doctors have confirmed that I chose the correct profession, allowing me to serve others in a medical capacity.
