strength and conditioning, neurologic and balance challenges, and various
orthopedic issues including post-surgical patients.
Why I became a PTA: I had two very different careers before becoming a PTA but
the underlying theme of all of them is a passion to help people progress from
where they are to where they want to be so they can live life to the fullest. Life is
short. Let’s go.

Personal Information: I was born and raised in Houston and then moved up to
the Pacific Northwest (Montana and then Oregon) after college. In October of 2020,
I moved back to Texas to be closer to family. I joined the Lott Physical Therapy
Team in November of 2022. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as
well as exploring new places, biking, hiking, kayaking, cooking, and gardening.
